Yugiri (ユギリ, Yugiri) is a member of P.A.N.D.R.A., and a main character of The Unlimited - Hyōbu Kyōsuke.
Appearance
She is a kid with long black hair and pink eyes. She wears a short white dress and brown shoes with long, black socks (one is always worn higher than the other).
Personality
She hates other people to decide things for her. If this is done, she sulks and tells them that she hates it. She seems to care very much for Hyoubu and won't even get close to anybody except him, but that changes during Zettai Karen Children: The Unlimited - Hyoubu Kyousuke. She is usually seen holding hands with him.
History
Yugiri is an esper that was artificially created in a laboratory by enemies of the P.A.N.D.R.A. organization (it is not explained if that means Yugiri as a life form, or her esper powers), specifically as a first generation prototype designed by Black Phantom, but after some problems during a test her powers went out of control and the people overseeing the development got seriously injured. Later she went to an orphanage in Monarch, a European Country. However, being an esper with great power, she feared the same could happen again and disappeared from the orphanage, where she met Sophie Grace, Princess of Monarch. Following this, Yugiri seems to have went to many different places before getting recruited by Hyoubu and becoming part of P.A.N.D.R.A. It appears that at some point she is captured and taken to an esper prision, where they were planning to do experiments with her, but gets saved by Hyoubu and Andy Hinomiya. During Zettai Karen Children: The Unlimited - Hyoubu Kyousuke, Yugiri begins to get used to the company of others and starts to get close to other characters, in particular Andy Hinomiya. In the last episode she was saved by Hyoubu from Saotome's control and risked her life together with Hinomiya in order to save him because Hyoubu's powers got out of control.

Andy Hinomiya- he was the one who took Yugiri into a amusment park until a tragedy happened.
Momotarō- this guy serves as Yugiri's bodyguard and a good friend
